Alpha Capital Group was formed during the Covid era by a group of private investors. Our aim was simple: help sustain businesses that were fundamentally strong but could not handle high-interest, short-term debt such as merchant cash advances.

We have grown substantially in the years since, and that growth has come from the quality of our relationships, not from outreach.

We offer a single 48 to 72 month term at prime plus 1% to 5%. There is no menu of options to compare. Keeping the offer simple keeps our standards clear and our decisions consistent.

Our partners are private investors from across the United States who pooled their capital to help support small businesses while earning safe, structured returns. We also work with select financial sales organizations that know our standards.
